Job Description:

• Are you a seasoned SAP professional ready to lead a global digital transformation? Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced SAP S4 HANA Business Analyst to lead a global SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation. This hybrid opportunity is based in Northridge, California, requiring onsite presence three days per week.
• You will play a pivotal role in consolidating operations into a single global SAP system. You’ll guide end-to-end system implementation, collaborate with global teams and ensure business alignment across all work streams including Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Procurement and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA global transformation initiative from strategy to execution.

• Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional and global teams.

• Direct all phases of project life cycle including post-implementation optimization.

• Develop governance structure for SAP transformation programs.

• Guide adoption of SAP S/4HANA standard processes and architecture.
